What is BioTalent Day?

A dynamic event, an experience and a talent contest that connects junior and senior profiles with Galician biotech companies.

We are looking for Talent!

1. Presentation

Presentation of the participating biotech companies. You will be able to find out what profiles they require and what they are looking for in a candidate when it comes to hiring them for their staff.

2. Pitch

Pitch of the selected profiles. You will have the opportunity to explain your professional career and defend why you are the ideal candidate.

3. Match!

At the end of each pitch, the participating companies will be able to vote as a jury and bid for you.

In the event that more than one company selects you, you will be the one to decide with which company you would like to move forward in the process.

4. One to one meetings:

At the end of the event, 20/30 minutes of interviews will be held between the companies and the candidates.

Target

Junior profiles, recent graduates in VET, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, in careers related to Life Sciences or in areas of management and business development.

Senior profiles, with proven experience in the sector and/or in areas related to business development.

The BioTalent Day will take place on 22 September at 11:30h in the Galicia Biodays (Palexco).

From all the CVs received, the Bioga team will make a pre-selection of around 20-30 profiles that will have the opportunity to participate in the BioTalent Day.
